Bean Sprouts with Bulgogi Recipe

8 oz. Fresh Bean Sprouts
2 Green Onions (bias cut)
3 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp. Sesame Oil
2 Tbsp. Vinegar
1 Clove Garlic, Crushed
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. ground Red Peppers (Cayenne Pepper)

In sauce pan, blanch bean sprouts in boiling water for 1 minute. Drain well

Combine bean sprouts and green onion.

Stir together soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar, garlic, salt & pepper

Toss with Bean Sprouts, cover & chill

Serve with Bulgogi & hot cooked Rice
