1 roast
1 jar whole peppercini peppers
2 pkgs au jus gravy mix
4 cups water
hoagie rolls
provolone cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Put roast in crock pot. Mix both packages of gravy mix with 4 cups water, mix well. Pour gravy over roast. Pour peppers over roast, juice included.
Bake on low for 7 to 8 hours. Pull apart roast with fork.

Warm hoagie rolls in microwave, put cheese on rolls and roast on top of cheese. Put juice in bowl for dipping.
