3 cups flour
3/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon cloves
1/4 teaspoon allspice
16 ounce can packed pumpkin
3/4 cup vegetable oil
2 1/4 cup sugar
4 large eggs
2 peeled, chopped Granny Smith apples

Topping:
1 tablespoon flour
5 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon butter, cold

Oven to 350º
In small bowl, mix topping ingredients until course (Cut in butter with fork). Set aside.

Spray 2 loaf pans with cooking spray or grease with butter. In large bowl, sift together: flour, salt, baking soda and all spices. In another large bowl, whisk together pumpkin, oil, sugar, and eggs. Add dry ingredients to pumpkin mixture stirring until combined. Fold in apples. Divide batter between pans. Sprinkle evenly with topping. Bake 50-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool pans on wire rack 50 minutes. Remove loaves from pan and cool completely. Refrigerate up to one week or freeze up to one month.
