1 Beef Brisket (about 4#)
1 or 2 Cloves of Garlic (cut in 1/2)
2 medium Onions, sliced
1 Bay Leaf
Salt & Pepper to taste
Barbecue Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 350
Rub the brisket all over with salt and pepper and the cut sides of garlic cloves

Place in roasting pan, cover with sliced onions and bay leaf

Cover tightly with aluminum foil

Roast @ 350 for 2-1/2 hours
Uncover and continue roasting for 1 hour, should have golden brown look.

15 minutes before finish, spread on favorite barbecue sauce.

Remove from roasting pan and slice across the grain.
