1 Ib ground beef 16 oz can pinto beans, undrained
1 med onion chopped 14.5 oz can chicken broth
14.5 oz can diced tomatoes 14.5 oz van tomatoes and green chilies
1 oz pkg dry ranch dressing 1.25 oz pkg taco seasoning
15 oz can hominy, undrained 15 oz great northern beans, undrained
15 oz corn, undrained

Garnish: cheddar cheese(I use taco cheese), sour cream, tortilla chips or doritos

Brown ground beef and onion. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a simmer and
simmer for at least 30 min. Top with any or all of the garnishes.
