1 box yellow cake mix
½ c sugar
3 eggs
½ c vegetable oil
20 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
3¾ oz. pkg. instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
1 lg. whipped topping (Cool Whip)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake mix according to directions, adding an additional three eggs, ⅓ c sugar and ½ c vegetable oil. Bake cake in a greased and floured 13 x 9 inch pan, until cake is done.
Remove cake from oven and prick top of cake with ice pick while still hot. Pour crushed pineapple on top of cake.
Soften eight oz. cream cheese and prepare instant pudding mix as directed on box. fold creamed cheese and prepared pudding together and spread on top of pineapple.
Prepare whipped topping according to package directions. Spread whipped topping on top of cream cheese-pudding mixture. Refrigerate until served.
