8 oz. sour cream
2 c. cooked chicken
1 pkg. Colby Jack cheese
1 c. salsa
2 tbsp. chopped cilantro
1 tsp. ground cumin
10 flour tortillas
1 c. shredded lettuce
1/2 c. chopped tomato

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sour cream, 1 c. cheese, chicken, 1/4 c. salsa, cilantro and cumin in bowl. Spoon 1/4 c. chicken mixture in center of tortillas and roll up. Place seam down in 9x13 dish. Top with remaining 3/4 c. salsa. Cover. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining 1 c. cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with lettuce and tomato. Serve with remaining sour cream.
