2 tbsp traditional yeast
2 tbsp sugar
1 cup scalded milk
2 eggs
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Scald and cool milk to lukewarm. Add sugar and yeast, set to rise (about 10 minutes).
Put flour and salt into large bowl. Cut in margarine with pasty blender (I do it with my hands until crumbs).
Add well beaten eggs to yeast mixture and mix into flour, like pie crust.
et set for 3-4 hours on the cupboard. Make into small balls and roll as with pie crust to 8-9 inches in diameter. Cut each circle into 12 pieces (like a pizza). Roll up traingles from outside to center loosely.
Use the following mixture on the board instead of flour (1 cup white sugar, 3 tsps cinnamon, or to taste).
Bake at 350º F for 15-20 minutes
