3 cups flour
cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup whole milk
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 cups sugar
4 eggs

TOPPING:
1 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup chopped walnuts
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.

Combine flour, butter, vanilla, milk, baking powder, sugar and eggs. Mix well.

Pour into prepared 9x13 inch pan.

Combine and mix all topping ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle on top of cake batter.

Bake for 30-35 minutes. Cool 5 minutes before serving.
