1½ cup crunchy peanut butter
¾ cup shortening
1½ cups brown sugar
1½ cup white sugar
3 eggs beaten
1½ teaspoons baking soda
½ teaspoon vanilla
½ teaspoon baking powder
3 cups all purpose flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Roll dough into balls using spoonful of dough and place on cookie sheet. Flatten ball with fork dipped in water. Bake at 350º for 8 minutes. Do not overbake for soft cookies.
