3 cups Vidalia onion, diced
16 oz cream cheese
1½ cups parmesan cheese
⅓ cup mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. Spray a baking dish with oil. Mix cream cheese, parmesan cheese and mayonnaise. Stir in the onions. Pour into baking dish. Bake 20 min. Serve with Fritos.
