1 jar pimiento
1¼ lb Cracker Barrel sharp cheddar cheese, hand-shredded
1½ cups Blue Plate mayonnaise
cracked coarse black pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mash the pimiento pieces with a fork into tiny pieces. Combine cheese, pimiento, mayonnaise and pepper and stir.
