2 lbs frozen hash browns, thawed
1/2 c butter, melted
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pint of sour cream
1/2 c chopped onion
2 c shredded cheddar cheese
1 t salt
1/2 t pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 13 x 9" casserole dish with cooking spray.
2. In large bowl, combine all ingredients and stir together.
3. Spread evenly in prepared pan.
4. Bake for 45 minutes until top is golden brown.
