3-4 chicken breast boiled
1-2 c. frozen mixed vegetables (optional)
1 c. chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
salt/pepper or creole seasoning
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 stick butter



Directions:
Directions:
Shred chicken and place in greased 9x13 casserole dish. If adding vegetables, spread on top. Sprinkle salt and pepper (I sometimes sprinkle creole seasoning instead to give a little spicy flavor.) Mix soup and chicken broth and pour over chicken. Combine flour, baking powder and salt (or can use self-rising flour and not add baking powder and salt). Mix with milk and melted butter. Pour on top of casserole but do not stir. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes.
