3-4 chicken breast
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. sour cream
1 tube of ritz crackers (about 40)
1 stick ( cup) butter
1-2 T. poppy seed

Directions:
Directions:
Shred boiled chicken breast. Put in greased 9 x 13 casserole dish. Mix soups and sour cream. Spread on top of chicken. Melt butter and mix with crushed crackers. Sprinkle on top of soup mixture. Top with poppy seed. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
