1 onion diced small
12 stalks celery diced small
1 garlic clove finely chopped or 1 teaspoon minced
3 teaspoon dried thyme
3 teaspoon dried basil
3 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried sage
5 liters chicken stock
2 tomatoes medium dice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 lb okra sliced
1 can crab meat
1 cup salad shrimp
½ pound fish cubed
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Sautée onion celery, garlic with dried herbs in a large pot with olive oil.
2. Add chicken stock and bring to boil.
3. Reduce heat to simmer and all all other ingredients.
4. Simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.
5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
