12 ounce package fresh cranberries
1 cup white sugar
6 ounce package red jello mix
8 ounce can crushed pineapple, drained
3/4 cup orange juice
1 apple with peel, grated
1 cup chopped pecan
1 cup Cool Whip
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon almond flavoring

Directions:
Directions:
Process cranberries in blender and add sugar.
Bring 3/4 cup water to boil and add gelatin to dissolve.
Add cooled gelatin to cranberries.
Add pineapple, orange juice, apple and pecans.
Mix well and refrigerate.
Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar, then fold in Cool Whip.
In serving dish, layer half of cranberry mixture, then the whipped cream mixture, then the remaining cranberry mixture.
Refrigerate until serving time.
