¾ cup butter
1-1/2 cup flour
1 cup pecans
1 cup powdered sugar
(12 oz) carton Cool Whip
1 (8oz) pkg cream cheese
2 small pkgs instant chocolate pudding
3 cups mil
Nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
First Layer
Melt butter and add butter, pecans & flour. Pour into a 11x14 pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees.

Second Layer
Mix sugar, cream cheese & 1/2 carton of cool whip and spread over first layer. Chill until set.

Third Layer
Mix pudding and milk until thick. Spread over second layer and chill. (You can vary puddings using 1 pkg of vanilla and 1 pkg of chocolate pudding.)

Fourth Layer
Spread rest of Cool Whip on top. May sprinkle nuts on top. Chill.
