10 lbs. potatoes, cubed
3 lbs. onions, chopped

3 sticks margarine
1 large can evaporated milk
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cover potatoes and onions with water. (not too much) Cook until potatoes are soft.
In another pan heat margarine and evaporated milk. When margarine is melted mix with cooked potatoes, onion, and water. Salt and pepper to taste.
