1 Cups Flour
⅓ Cup sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder

1 apple chopped
Cup milted butter
1 egg mixed with Cup milk

Brown sugar and nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, sugar, cinnamon, salt, and baking powder. Add apple, butter and egg/milk mixture. Fill muffin cups about full. Top with brown sugar and chopped nuts. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes.

Filled muffin cups can be refrigerated overnight and cook fresh for breakfast.
