1/2 - 4.5 oz. can green chilies
1- 3.9 oz. jar mushrooms
8 oz. Monterey jack cheese
1/2 pound diced ham
1-6 oz. can evaporated milk
4 eggs
1 tbsp. flour
Directions:
Directions:
Spray 8x8 baking dish with nonstick spray.
Mix cheese, chilies, mushrooms and ham in large bowl. Spread in baking dish. Whisk together milk, flour and eggs and pour over ham mixture.
Bake at 300º for 1 hour.
