Ingredients:  
In a heavy saucepan:
Put in 3 cups white granulated sugar
1 stick (or 1/2 cup) melted butter
5 ounces evaporated milk
Stir together well.
Take to stove and bring to a boil.
Lower heat and boil for 5 minutes (use timer)
Remove from heat
Add 7 ounces marshmallow fluff (estimate 7 oz. if from larger container)
Stir in.
Add 1 cup chopped walnuts
1 teaspoon pure vanilla
Stir well and pour into 8 x 8 buttered or sprayed baking dish.
Let cool until cool enough to refrigerate
then chill until solid.
Cut into squares and serve on pretty plate.
