2 lbs ground chuck or ground beef
2 packages of taco seasoning (Any brand will work. I usually choose Mild.)
1 package of soft flour tortillas
1 16 oz package of shredded cheddar cheese
1 can black beans (drained)
2-3 small white onions (diced)
large jar of salsa

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown the meat and drain the grease.
2. Add taco seasoning packets per directions.
3. In the crockpot, start layering the ingredients in this order:
salsa
tortilla
onion
meat
cheese
beans
4. Keep layering the ingredients until they're used up.
5. Heat on Low for about an hour and 30 minutes.
