Sausage Souffle Recipe

2 lbs. sausage, browned
8 slices bread, cubed
1 lb. shredded cheese
6 eggs
2 Cups milk
tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 can mushroom soup
small jar mushrooms

Layer bread, sausage, and cheese in a 9x13 casserole dish.
Mix eggs, 2 cups milk, dry mustard, and salt and pour over bread mixture.
Mix soup, mushrooms, and cup milk and spread over top of mixture.
Let stand in refrigerator 12 hours.
Bake in a 325 oven for 45 minutes.
(This dish may be frozen ahead of time.)
