(You need two silicone molds, makes 14 bites)
1 batch of Bisquick pancake mix (follow box instructions)
Smokies cut in halves
1/4 cup of cheese or more

Directions:
Prepare pancake mix
Fill each mold about 1/2 full (this will puff up)
Add 2 halves of smokies (so 1 link per mold) - push it in so it’s submerged
Add pinch of cheese

Cover silicone molds with aluminum
1 cup water, trivet, put silicone molds (2) on top, put on lid, seal, high pressure 4 mins, npr for 10 mins then release the rest of the steam.
