1 ½ lbs (about 15) tiny new potatoes
1 to 1 ½ cups fresh peas
3 T sliced green onions
4 tsp butter
4 tsp flour
1 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:

Scrub potatoes; cook in boiling, salted water 15-20 min; drain.

Meanwhile, cook onion and peas in a small amount of boiling, salted water 8-15 min; drain.

Make a white sauce of butter, flour, dash of salt, and milk.

Combine vegetables and sauce.
