1 cup cooked rice, cooled
⅓ cup sugar
1 can (13 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup whipped cream
tsp vanilla
⅓ cup miniature marshmallows
2 T drained chopped maraschino cherries

Directions:
Directions:
Mix rice, sugar, pineapple, and vanilla together.

Stir in marshmallows and cherries.

Fold in whipped cream.

Refrigerate.
