Beat until frothy:

3 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

Beat until frothy:
3 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
1 tsp vanilla

Mix up until yellow.

Add:
2 cups grated zucchini
2 cups flour
1 T cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 cup chopped

Bake 1 hour at 350 F.
