2 ripe mango peeled and cut into small cubes
2 14 oz cans fire roasted tomatoes
1 bundle fresh cilantro chopped without stems
1 onion chopped fine
4 garlic cloves minced fine
4 to 5 fresh limes juiced add to flavor

Hand mix all ingredients let set in fridge for 1 to 2 hrs longer sets all ingredients will taste better.
