¼ c cocoa powder
¼ c sugar
¼ c all-purpose flour
⅛ tsp salt
2 c heavy cream
¼ c butter
1 Tbsp Coca-Cola (has to be the real thing!)

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, whisk together the cocoa powder, sugar, flour, and salt. In a medium saucepan set over medium heat, combine the cream, butter, and Coke. Heat the mixture, stirring constantly, until it just starts to boil (you are looking for small bubbles), about 10 minutes. Whisk in the cocoa mixture a little at a time, and tehn cook, whisking constantly, until the gravy starts to thicken, about 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
