3 cups brown sugar ("use less sugar, 2 cups")
1 1/3 cup cooking oil
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup nuts
5 cups flour
2 cups buttermilk
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp salt
3 cups chopped rhubarb

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, oil eggs, vanilla nuts together. Add flour, soda, salt alternating with buttermilk. Add rhubarb.
Bake 350º 45 to 50 minutes
