1 1/2 c. white vinegar
2 c. water
2 tbsp. canning salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in large sauce pan. Bring to a boil and boil for three minutes. Have jars of pickles or peppers ready. Pour the boiling brine over the pickles or peppers and seal.
