4 beaten eggs
1 29-ounce can pumpkin
2 cups firmly packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons sifted flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon ginger
½ teaspoon cloves
2 cans evaporated milk
2 unbaked pie shells (see "Pie Shell" recipe)

Directions:

In large bowl, beat the eggs, then add all ingredients.

Pour into two 9" inch pie shells and bake at 425º for 15 minutes, then 350º for 35-40 minutes.
