Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3-4 pound pork roast tenderloin (boneless)
12 oz can coca cola
16 oz salsa-put in blender to puree ( like peach or mango; recipe calls for el pinto)
2 cup brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the roast in a crock-pot on high for 4 or 5 hours or until tender. Drain off excess juices and shred with a fork. Put this back into Crockpot. Add brown sugar, salsa and coca-cola. Mix well. Heat until the sauce reduces and the meat turns brown (sugar needs to caramelize so put it in on high for a short time or low for several hours)
