Ingredients:  
4 large tomatoes sliced thinly
8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese
cup Chopped fresh basil
4 oz balsamic vinegar
3oz olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Salt tomatoes let sit for 20 min drain juice
Combine basil, cheese and tomatoes
Wisk vinegar and olive oil together than add to salad
