1 lb Cracker Barrel sharp cheddar cheese (4 cups)
½ cup unsalted butter, room temperature
½ cup shortening, room temperature
2½ cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dry mustard
¼ tsp cayenne

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cream butter and shortening on medium to high setting until soft. Add cheese and mix well. Add dry ingredients, ⅓ at a time. Either roll out the dough or put through a pasta press then slice into strips about 2" long. Arrange on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 10-12 min until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack.
