1 cup milk 1 stick butter 3 eggs beaten 2 cans sweet potatoes drained 2 Tablespoons cinnamon 1 cup sugar Topping: 1 stick butter 1 cup brown sugar 1 cup rice Krispy's or cinnamon crunch cereal crushed ½ cup chopped pecans
Beat eggs, butter, sugar, and cinnamon together. Beat drained sweet potatoes and add to first mixture. Pour into buttered casserole dish. Mix topping mixture together and crumble on top of sweet potatoes mixture. Bake for 30 minutes at 350º.
