2 cups scalded milk
2 whole eggs
3 teaspoon cornstarch
cup sugar
Pinch of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
6 large marshmallows
cup coconut
Baked pie shell
Meringue Recipe
toasted coconut for top of meringue

In double boiler scald milk. Beat eggs, add sugar, pinch of salt and cornstarch. Add to milk in double boiler. add 6 large marshmallows. Mix until melted. Add coconut and vanilla. Pour into baked pie shell. Top with your favorite meringue and toasted coconut.
