2 pound round steak, 1-inch thick
flour, salt and pepper
2 tbsp. shortening
1 onion, diced
1 cup celery, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 cup condensed tomato soup
1/4 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
ut meat into serving pieces. Season with salt, pepper and roll in flour. Heat cooker, add shortening. Sear meat golden brown on both side. Add onions, celery, pepper, tomato soup and water. Close cover and cook at 15 pounds pressure for 15 minutes. Let pressure drop of its own accord. Thicken gravy if desired.
