3 Eggs
1 C Oil
2 C Four
1-1/2 C Sugar
4 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp Baking soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Cinnamon
4 C Diced apples
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Lightly beat eggs, oil and vanilla.
Add flour and seasonings, stirring just to moisten.
Fold in apples.
Spread batter in a greased 9x13 pan.

Bake 50 - 60 minutes.
