1 box of bow tie, rotini, or farfalle pasta
1 can of sliced black olives (drained)
Green pepper (diced)
Small white onion (diced)
1 package cherry tomatoes (halved)
16 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
Hormel pepperonis (mini-Pepperonis or regular size cut in half)
Wishbone Zesty Italian salad dressing

Directions:
Directions:
1. Boil pasta according to directions. Rinse with cold water and let cool.
2. Mix in remaining ingredients, leaving the Wishbone salad dressing for last.
3. Adjust your ingredients to your taste.
4. Refrigerate before serving.

Easy as a side-dish! Goes well with burgers, BLTs, etc. and is especially good in the summer when you don't feel like eating something heavy and hot. Do NOT try off-brand Italian dressings---the Wishbone is the best!
