Ingredients:
1 large pkg chicken thighs or legs and thighs
olive oil
Italian seasoning
Greek salad dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Wash the chicken pieces. Remove excess fat. Dry on paper towels. Arrange in an oiled pan and brown the top of the pieces. Turn pieces over. Liberally sprinkle with dressing and seasoning. Add a small amount of water. Cover. Cook on medium heat for 30-40 min (depending on how large the pieces are). Remove cover and sprinkle pieces with a little olive oil. Continue to heat until skin is crisp.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
My children would consume the entire pan of chicken in one sitting, it was so tasty. Economic meal for a family. Remember, though, dark meat takes a little bit longer to cook than white meat, so make sure it is thoroughly cooked.
