1 1/2 c Brn Sugar
2/3 c oil
1 beaten egg
1 c buttermilk
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp salt
1 tsp soda
2 1/2 c flour
1 1/2 c diced rhubarb
1/2 c chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together. Brush on topping of 1/2 c white sugar and 4 Tbs butter before baking. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min. Makes 2 loafs.
