1 16-ounce bag frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower
1 10 ounce can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup shredded Swiss or Cheddar cheese
⅓ cup sour cream
teaspoon black pepper
1 small jar drained and chopped Pimento
1 can French Fried Onions

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw and drain bag of vegetables.

Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimento and 1/2 cup can French Fried Onions.

Pour into one-quart casserole. Bake covered at 350 for 30 minutes.

Top with remaining cheese and onions and bake five minutes longer.
