4 med. potatoes , peeled, sliced
2 tbsp. water
1/2 cup olive oil
1 small onion, peeling sliced
2 tbsp. margarine
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Put sliced potatoes and Slices carrot and zucchini very thin. Shred cabbage. Heat the oil in a thick skillet. Fry the onion, celery, carrot and zucchini over high heat for 1 minute. Add cabbage, salt and pepper. Cover and cook for 4 minutes.
Stir in soy sauce just before serving.
