1 lb. lean ground beef
3 tbsp. tomato ketchup
2 tsp. classic worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. black pepper
4 slices cheese
4 hamburger rolls

Directions:
Directions:
MIX ground beef, ketchup, worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder and black pepper in medium bowl until well blended, Shape into 4 patties.

GRILL over medium heat 4 to 6 minutes per side or until burgers are cooked through (internal temperature of 160F). Add cheese slices to burgers 1 minute before cooking is completed. Toast roll on the grill, openside down, about 30 seconds or until golden.

SERVE burger on toasted rolls topped with additional ketchup, lettuce, tomato and onion, if desired.
