4 Medium size potatoes
1 pound of Hamburger meat
1 envelope of onion soup mix
Sour Cream
Grated cheddar cheese
Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Washed the potatoes and microwave until solt. (Leave the skins on). Brown hamburger, Drain. Add onion soup mix and 1/2 - 3/ 4 cup water. Allow to simmer on low to medium heat for about 10 minutes or until water is almost all absorbed. Place potato on a plate, split and add butter, Stir: add hamburger mixture to potato, cheddar cheese and sour
cream. Salt and pepper to taste. If desired microwave to melt the cheese.
