1 c. light brown sugar
½ c. water
1 egg, beaten
1 drop maple flavoring
⅛ tsp. salt
Directions:
Directions:
Mix brown sugar and water and cook for 5 minutes.
Add egg to mixture. Beat sauce constantly while cooking it over hot water double boiler for 2 minutes.
Add maple flavoring and salt.
