Filling:
1 box raisins
2 T. cornstarch
3 T. lemon juice
½ c. sugar
1 c. water
1 c. or more of walnuts


Crumb mixture:
¾ c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1¾ c. sifted flour
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. baking soda
1½ c. rolled oats

Filling:
Mix ingredients in saucepan and cook, stirring constantly, over low heat until think. Cool.


Crumb mixture:
Mix butter with sugar. Add dry ingredients and then the oats. Press ½ of mixture into greased 9x13 inch pan.Spread on filling. Pat on remaining crumbs. Bake at 400º for 30 minutes. Sprinkle cinnamon on top with sugar.
