Lasagna Recipe

3 lbs. ground beef
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp salt
dash pepper
3 small cans tomato sauce (8oz.)
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. sour cream
6 oz. cream cheese
4 green onions, chopped
10 oz. grated cheddar cheese (may need more if put between other layers)
8 oz. pkg. lasagna noodles (9 inch ones)

Brown meat, drain off grease. Add sugar, salt, pepper, tomato sauce and garlic powder. Simmer for 30 minutes.
Mix cream cheese until soft, mix with sour cream and onions.
Cook noodles and set aside for 15 minutes to drain.
In long greased dish (9x13), spread layer of noodles, top with cream cheese mixture then with meat mixture. Repeat. Top with grated cheese. Cook 1 hour at 350.
